We booked out on Thursday night but I’m only writing this entry tonight because the week was unfortunately quite uneventful. Monday and Tuesday were mainly spent doing evaluation stuff. Wednesday was IPPT which I wasn’t involved in because I’ve already cleared it for the year. Yes, I’ve got the hundred dollars incentive for the Silver award but I’m still working hard for Gold! (and the hundred dollars more :P)
We had a 6 click route march yesterday but seriously, it seemed more like a fast march. It’s been a good two months since I did my last march which was 4km. In the end, a lot of us ended up with abrasions and blisters on our feet. I wasn’t spared either though I haven’t suffered any since BMT days and I was wearing double socks! I guess my feet weren’t conditioned enough yet.
And this is just the start towards the 32km route march in two months’ time for the final phase of our CSB package. Let’s march on!
