Getting back into rhythm

After a hectic 2 months of moving house, things have finally started to settle a little. With this, I found time to exercise again as it’s been a while since I have last ran. I even managed to expand my repertoire of physical activities beyond running, resuming tennis after a brief hiatus and also picking up swimming.

While things are going to get busy again soon, this respite is more than welcome especially as I continue working towards my new year’s resolutions. I’m also glad that during this interlude, I got to reconnect with my friends either through giving them a tour of my new place or playing tennis at the courts.

I’m ecstatic I got back into the rhythm again. In the coming months, I hope I’ll be able to maintain this tempo amidst the exacting schedule. But in the meantime, I’m striving to keep myself in good shape so that come what may, I can carry on this momentum and good vibes through to the end of the year.
