Beginning the second third of my life, there are some important life decisions to be made in the next decade. After deliberating and procrastinating for the past year, I finally set in motion a series of events albeit being a little late to the game.
I’ve always been laidback about finances, leaving them to the family of investors to make my money work. But ultimately, this is not sustainable. Financial savviness goes a long way in making shrewd money decisions that can have longer term implications.
In a couple of years’ time, I’ll be getting my own place. So making wise financial decisions is all the more imperative. They say the first step is the hardest, and now that I have taken the first step towards financial independence, the subsequent moves should be easier.
