Standards have been raised. The new minimum requirement is now gold. And nothing less. If you are unable to achieve the standards, you’ll be stripped of your privileges and required to partake in remedial training until you meet the benchmark or you exhaust yourself, whichever comes first.
Besides countless outfield exercises and intensive physical training, you’re strongly encouraged to maintain your fitness level by playing sports or heading to the gym at your own time. You’re also advised to watch your diet and avoid fatty or oily food during your meals.
Should you be able to obtain gold already, you’ll be able to join the ranks of trainers to assist your peers in achieving the goal. This incentive will certainly serve as a motivation for you to succeed. Hence, in order to attain the desired outcome, we’ve decided to conduct an assessment every week to evaluate the average fitness level and tailor our training programme accordingly.
