We are bonded together as a course for the next 2 months, and whether we like it or not, we must set aside our differences and work together. It is inevitable that there will be black sheeps around. These are the people who will sabotage our success some time along the way. However, are we right to say that we should isolate them so that we don’t get into trouble ourselves?
No. Teamwork is the key to overcoming obstacles. We cannot afford to leave anyone behind because every member counts towards the success of the mission. We should learn to be selfless and offer our help to others. If we are unable to act as a team now, how would we be able to do so when we are faced with tougher challenges in the coming weeks?
